The Corbett House

A Corbett house in south east London, stripped back to brick throughout, rebuilt from the top down and sympathetically extended. The traditional features stayed and the materials stayed natural, which left everything else free to carry the colour: bold fabrics, a gallery wall climbing the stairs, terracotta running through the ground floor extension. The result is a functional, considered and characterful home.
