A self contained loft sitting on top of a Victorian terrace, with a kitchen, a bathroom, a living area and a bed tucked into the eaves. The clever part is the joinery: a run of oak that separates the sleeping nook from the kitchen without closing either of them in. Cool and contemporary, with just enough of the traditional left in to remember what it is sitting on.
